[Bug 11198] C & C Tiberian Sun reporsts comctl32.dll is an older version on winver higher then 98

I tried the patches you listed and I am happy to report they corrected the
problem. Tiberian Sun goes right into the install without any warnings about
having older dlls installed. :-) Thanks
