[Bug 42099] Bedlam (indie game) renders 3D world upside down (DX11)

Confirming that this fixes the upside-down graphics and missing graphics in
Oxygen Not Included as well.


My question is however, is this something we can expect a proper fix for
anytime soon, or we will have to use the above hack until the DX11
implementation progresses?
