Unfortunately it's more complicated than that. TCIS_BUTTONPRESSED works
differently with comctl32 version 5 and version 6. Version 5 only uses this
state when TCS_BUTTONS is used, and it matches documentation. Version 6 uses it
for all styles it seems.
