Is the application downloadable?
Oh, you are probably asking whether one can download and test DPP. I'm afraid not, the application comes with the Canon Digital Camera Solutions CD that is bundled with Canon dSLR cameras (and can be updated to recent versions from the Canon website, but you need to install from CD first). It's not good news for debugging purposes, I know, but this is one of the major tools for serious digital photographers, it's not some obscure thing nobody's ever heard of.
