This is a Wine issue. Garuda is the only OS where I have run into this and the
only difference is out of the box they have wine-staging installed instead of
wine. A couple of releases back I fixed the issue by uninstalling wine-staging
and installing wine. This time that's not working. Just used "sudo pacman -Rns
playonlinux" and reinstalled Wine 5.23.
