Installation steps performed for pcon

I installed msxml3 and urlmon with winetricks, the steps I performed are the
following:

```
wine pCon.planner_setup.exe
# Follow next next next until the timeout error described in the installer bug
report
winetricks dlls msxml3
winetricks dlls urlmon
wine drive_c/Program\ Files/EasternGraphics/pCon.planner\ STD/bin/planner.exe
```
