trace with WINEDEBUG=+tid,+server,+ntoskrnl

Hello,

attached is BF1942 SafeDisc2 trace made with: WINEDEBUG=+tid,+server,+ntoskrnl

Search for: "000f:trace:ntoskrnl:process_ioctl" to get all relevant device
driver ioctl requests.

The one before last request should succeed.
Search for: "0009: get_ioctl_result() = UNSUCCESSFUL { out_data={} }"
