Hi, maybe you could give it a try with Staging. 

I got video running for QuickStart Guide, see screenshot
I used quite some native dlls
(WINEDLLOVERRIDES=wmp,wmvcore,mfplat,mf,evr,dxva2=n  wine Logos.exe) and I
noticed in vanilla wine screen stays white/no video, but in Staging it runs.

Don`t know what Staging patch "fixes" this though
