Different problem occurs. It doesn't register any error except "err:rpc:I_RpcGetBuffer no binding", then it hangs before starting the debugger.
The debugger doesn't show anything to stdout, so I assume wine either doesn't know how to handle it or, more likely, it outputs to a file somewhere. Any idea where I'd look?
I had the same problem. I corrected the problem by renaming DMCmdPortalClient.dll to DMCmdPortalClient.dll.back. The file is located in the Sporbin directory.
