[Bug 14771] Firefox 3 complains it is not the default browser on every startup

I'd like to clarify my previous comment. When I said that I get the "not the
default browser" messages when I start up either browser the "first time", I
meant that the message appears whenever I open up a browser window when that
browser isn't already running.
