[Bug 13608] d3d9_test.exe makes XP completely reboot (Not a Wine bug)

I don't have ati hardware anymore.  Still no response from ati/amd regarding my
report to them about this.  

If the problem is still present it does prevent people from running winetest on
Windows successfully, so the question would still remain whether or not the
crashing test should be modified to not run at all.
