[Bug 59066] Legacy Family Tree much slower under 10.20 compared with previous version

This bug seems to be caused by the same problem as that reported in
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59089. On the eight initial
configuration I used the sample database file. When starting the program, it
takes much longer to load and populate the application form than it does in
v10.19. Replacing the win32u.so file with you one from the 10.19 build also
fixes the slowness issue for this program.
