[Bug 26031] µTorrent loses the ability of listening to incoming connections

I finally ended my research about this bug. IMO it's really upstream, it's a
linux kernel implementation characteristic. It does not happen in OSX nor in
PC-BSD. When the application dies the kernel hold the port and does not allows
anyone to reuse it. It can be tested not only with wine but with linux
applications like socat.
