[Bug 12599] Photoshop CS2 image windows don't paint fully if you have two monitors with unequal resolutions

Just found out that this is unrelated. If I manually change the _NET_WORKAREA X
window property on the root window to contain the full area of both screens the
panels can be moved below the break.

This has no effect on the painting bug however (Which still occurs in 1.1.15).
