[Bug 44090] Sourcetree couldn't installed

Although this is in the bbeginning a duplicate of bug 40613, there`s still a
problem with the installer later on. 

If you get to the window where you have to agree, you have to sign in;

I checked ``existing user`` and then an error appears  in the window.

As I don`t want to hijack this bug, I`ll open another bugreport for it.
(native jscript is work-around)
