For reference, Travis send some patches a while ago ( see
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2011-July/104371.html ). Maybe you
want to give it a try.

I think it won't fix the issue with
ID3DXConstantTableImpl_GetConstantElement(), but it may help a bit. Though
there are needed some test cases to verify the correct behavior.
