[Bug 59281] Apple silicon has no logic for implementing preloader_mac

The reason why people hit zsh:killed is exactly because of the preloader logic.
Can anyone in the wine team implement it? I really have zero knowledge on how
wine handles this plus the configure is a complete mess or i would do it by
myself.
