[Bug 25212] piwigo ploader can't connect to the net

I can reproduce this error in wine 1.6, but not in wine git. I don't know where
the problem was or what fixed it, but in wine git I receive a username/password
incorrect message after sometime (seeing a lot of socket communication) instead
of the unknown error message.
