Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch explorer.exe
2. Click on Location drop-down menu
3. When it clicked there is no expected behaviour and it also blocks green
arrows from action until clicking somewhere.

It presents in wine-6.18 and this is the latest version able to build normally.
