MR2283 was merged (commit f715f400dc44c58035f6cbcb410a4b30d8cce58d), the
kernel32 tests are now succeeding. ntdll:info gets farther, but there is still
a failure:

info.c:1631: Test failed: expected 4294967295 minutes remaining got 0 minutes

(this is on an M2 Pro MacBook Pro, connected to power)
