[Bug 57943] Critical program error in CorelDraw 2019/2024 Setup.exe

New run with wine 10.6-staging. No luck. I manually had to add the DLL-Folder
to usr/packages, as it was empty, which caused preliminary crashes (some files
like mshtml.c not found). When run with WINEDEBUG, the installer crashes nearly
instantly every time. It's hard to get a good errout-log.

BUT: If the installer doesn't crash instantly (either thru not using WINEDEBUG
or pure luck) it finally got to the point of starting to install files.

Errout and Backlog are provided.
