+tid,+d3d,+wgl log on CS:GO

Attached a +tid,+d3d,+wgl log on Counter Strike: Global Offensive with the
diagnostics patch from attachment 47866
It only appears to trigger those diagnostic lines twice through the whole log.
The log is 1.3 GiB when uncompressed.
