I have come a little bit closer. Disabling the BitBlt in swapchain_gdi.c
x11_copy_to_screen prevents the crash. I checked X11DRV_StretchBlt and each
time it is called it also completes. Perhaps somehow it leaves something in a
wrong state behind or so.
