[Bug 25861] fail to run POPO2011-Full-installer.exe (POPO is an IM from Netease)

native dbghelp.dll from builtin POPO2011

Confirm this bug on wine1.3.18.
This time I notice that POPO2011 has a native dbghelp.dll in the program
directory,
so is that the problem ?
