[Bug 40511] Application that copies files from one place to another stoped working in wine versions greater then 1.6.2

Testing on a Debian OS , version wheezy with wine 1.7 it works
Could it be an ubuntu problem ?
i had reported a prior bug concerning the printing size and the problem only
existed in ubuntu 14.04
