full output including backtrace of crash

Download http://www.channel4.com/4od/installer/channel4_on_demand.exe and run

wine channel4_on_demand.exe

It goes through a little of the install and then says it is downloading
dotnetfx.exe.  It then crashes with a backtrace I attach below.
