The main bug is that strip is changing the file alignment to 0x200, while we
explicitly set it to 0x1000 for performance reasons.

A smaller bug is that strip modifies even dlls that doesn't contain debug
symbols. One could also argue that it's an Arch packaging bug to run strip on
data-only dlls.
