[Bug 16484] Dramatica Demo 4.0 file open dialog has the file name text box cursor in an incorrect position

The cursor issue persists with native comdlg32 after applying the linked patch.
Interestingly, I notice when using builtin comdlg32 that pressing Ctrl+O to
bring up the file open dialog doesn't result in the issue.
