Microsoft Reader unimplemented stub backtrace

The problem that Microsoft Reader encounters is:

wine: Call from 0x7b8420bb to unimplemented function
msvcirt.dll.??0ostrstream@@QAE(a)XZ, aborting

which can be easily worked around with winetricks vcrun6.
