Printing fails without comment after hitting "OK" on the print dialog. Console
output shows a series of:

0024:fixme:psdrv:PSDRV_StartPage Already started a page?

once per expected page of output, followed by:

0024:fixme:psdrv:PSDRV_EndDoc hjob == 0. Now what?
