The "Learn more" leads to (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208436), so I assume it has to do with the file being 32bit? I'm not tech savy so my apologies. I made sure to download the "64bit support" that showed up on the installer itself. I'm unsure why it doesn't work though. Image is attached.
