[Bug 16404] Ever17 full version: crash in system voices menu

Tested some more, and cold pinpoint the problem a bit further:

The crash only occurs when the game is run with Japanese locale, i.e.
LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 wine Ever17PC.exe

There is no crash when running under my standard locale (en_US.UTF.8).
