OS:openSUSE Leap 15.3
Wine 6.18 from 'Emulators' repo  (Same problem occurs with 6.19)
Wine-mono 6.4.0

Failure occurs after install/update, at first execution.

Attachments:  Terminal output, LogError.txt, install script (with all
winetricks commented out)
