A *.pc file is installed in /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/. I tried setting
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/ but ./configure still claims there is
no openal-soft. As for XACT winetricks claims it is already installed. I
installed full directx, so perhaps that's the reason?
