Looking at the +winsock log, I'd be more concerned about the following line:
fixme:secur32:schan_FreeCredentialsHandle (0x195160): stub

Your app seems to be trying to use the SCHANNNEL SSPI provider. That's not
really working yet. Can you confirm that your app is using SCHANNEL to secure
the connection to the SQL server?
