This seems to do exactly what I wanted (but I can't test it right now).

It is fine that it can be only triggered by the first app in the prefix and
applies to the whole process tree.

Maybe I would consider changing it from being a debug flag to a command line
parameter of the wineserver to not interfere with the other debug flags (+all),
but for my case it doesn't matter.

Thank you for the draft. I'm hoping to see something like this accepted
upstream.
