In your opengl settings, eg, nvidia-control-panel or similar for ati. Limits the number of frames rendered to the refresh rate of your display. This stops excess frames from being rendered and can reduce the amount of cpu used.
I have set this, and will test it when I get Ragnarok Online running again.
