[Bug 13770] GTA: Vice City, graphics missing/running poorly only when game has focus

Alright, I've confirmed the cause of the problem. Wine just does not like
ratpoison / tiling WMs even when running in only one frame.

The game runs seemingly 100% fine for me using WindowMaker.
