[Bug 42396] windowscodecs fails to load file with iCCP chunk

Attached PNG image gets loaded and converted to another WIC format just fine
using wine-staging 2.1 (Unreleased), can't test with winehq since the test
application I'm using fails earlier due to unimplemented WIC features it
needs.
