I can still reproduce a crash on startup with wine-9.8 using IP Camera Viewer
4.04.

Adding a stable download.

$ sha1sum IPCameraViewer.exe
7192e251213c9e7748549520e1bde5527cda01ca  IPCameraViewer.exe

$ du -sh IPCameraViewer.exe
20M    IPCameraViewer.exe
