[Bug 11981] Miranda IM doesn' t show protocols icons on status bar and on status menu.

Hi i did LA suggestion and get this work ok now. I don't know if is a wine bug
or Miranda bug, i just can confirm that on Windows it's not necessary go to
Settings-Customize-Protocols and presses
Reset here.
