[Bug 43721] winetricks windowscodecs failure status 67 on Ubuntu 17.04

I'm not sure if it's the duplicate of that issue. I tried to run `taskset -c 0
wine wic_x86_enu.exe` but it failed with the exact same result. Is there
anything more I can do myself? Is there any more information about libX11
patches inclusion in the newer distributions?
