That's not what i meant. I meant to completely remove ~/.wine, then set LC_ALL
to something different then you have now:

mv ~/.wine ~/.wine_backup
export LC_ALL=nl_NL
wine setup_xop211.exe
wine "C:\\Program Files\\XOP2.1\\xop.exe"

just carry out the commands above...........
