Wine 1.1.17 and wine-gecko.dbg Casino +mshtml +gecko +urlmon +shdocvw

I thought this may be more useful for the third problem, but I could not find
anything to workaround.

Had a look at Wireshark logs too and there doesn't be a certificate problem
anymore, which makes this even more mysterious.
