[Bug 25077] Dragon Age: Origins - ultimate edition, updater needs dotnet20, mono26 isn't enough

Looks like it was not in Mono 2.6.7, but it is in Mono 2.8, which won't work
with Wine right now but should start to work very soon (hopefully tomorrow).
