[Bug 56651] 3ds max setup error

first of all, setup could not find dlls were in ~/ODIS/odis.bs.win and
~/ODIS/odis.bs.wx folders (~ is setup root folder), so i had to paste all libs
to ~
second, setup crashes at main msi, 3dsmax.msi is the only package could not be
launched, its backtrace attached
