[Bug 16910] libgl.so.1 error when starting Warcraft III + long delay when ever starting wine or app

If it does only occur with AMD64, it's almost certainly not a problem with wine
(unless it happens in win64 code).

I can also not reproduce with Wine 1.1.12 on Debian sid/amd64 with nVidia
177.80 driver.
