[Bug 56339] Permission denied error when trying to save a file in Translation Workspace XLIFF Editor using third-party Bottles

I ran something like this without any errors.
Also I took advantage of an external program named Flatseal where I allowed
Bottles to access/view Desktop folder.
But I am still getting the aforementioned error.
