xz'ed log of a failed attempt to run winecfg

First I run 
WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+explorer,+x11drv,+reg,+module winecfg 2>&1 | tee
~/wine.log
to create a fresh prefix, but when the log size reached 3 Gb, I gave in.

The attached log is for an already created prefix.

Hope that will help to find out what is going wrong.
