[Bug 37413] login to https:pos.uhaul.net broke in wine 1.7.29

Hi Gary, i can't still confirm this. It works here in all the following cases:

 * Debian Wheezy 32bit, wine-1.7.29
 * Debian Jessie 64bit, wine-1.7.29, Program Files -> iexplore.exe
 * Debian Jessie 64bit, wine-1.7.29, Program Files (x86) -> iexplore.exe
 * Debian Jessie 64bit, wine-1.7.29, WINEARCH=win32, Program Files ->
iexplore.exe

it means it work in pure 32bit enviroment, 64bit enviroment, Wow64 and two
different linux distribution. My wine is vanilla - built from sources by
myself.
